Industrial Automation Products
Steute Controltec provides numerous wireless products for industrial use, many of which use energy harvesting (kinetic energy generation) or long-life batteries for power.
- Wireless position switches: Used to monitor and control moving machine parts, available with different actuators and IP67 protection ratings. Some models, such as the RF 13, are self-sufficient via kinetic energy generation.
- Wireless pull-wire switches: Used for safety and control applications on machines, doors, gates, and conveyor belts. The RF 96 WH/90° SW868/SW915 series is IP65/IP67 rated and uses sWave® technology.
- Wireless inductive sensors: Available in M8, M12, M18, and M30 power couplings, including ATEX variants for explosive environments when combined with a universal transmitter.
- Wireless magnetic and optical sensors: These include products like the RF 96 SDS wireless laser sensor for short-distance detection of objects on assembly lines.
- Wireless hand controls: The RF HB series offers ergonomic, lightweight options with multiple push buttons for operator freedom of movement around machinery.
- Wireless receivers and repeaters: Essential components for the network, which bundle signals and communicate data to higher-level IT systems using protocols like sWave.NET®.
